We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss and title for the items pass to you. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

6. Returns and Hardware Guarantee

Because of the nature of our products, all standard sales are final. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or opened products. However, we stand behind the quality of our Ace Ultra hardware. If you receive a device that is defective or dead on arrival, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement.
